Steelmen stretch away at the top

EBBW VALE made it six wins from seven with a 38-26 bonus-point triumph at RGC to move seven points clear in Super Rygbi Cymru.
Evan Lloyd kicked the Steelmen ahead but, from the re-start, RGC won a penalty and, after the ball was kicked to touch, prop Gareth Parry grounded it from the resulting lineout maul. Billy McBryde converted.
Ebbw responded with a try off a maul of their own through hooker Ieuan Morris, with Lloyd adding the extras, but RGC then hit back to retake the lead. Good work from scrum-half Conor Dever and left wing Caio Parry set ...
