Disciplinary decisions were not inconsistent

THE media has an important role to play in the rugby disciplinary system. Informed commentators help explain to the public the on-field decisions and the off-field process.
Ugo Moyne is one of the best around: he has studied the relevant laws, regulations and processes and elucidates knowledgeably on foul play. Racheal Burford and Ben Kay are two others whose learning is obvious.
