Having travelled some 6,000 miles to come over to Wales from South Africa, Tinus de Beer has now made a much shorter journey for his latest career move.

It’s been just a 16 mile trip for the fly-half as he has swapped the Arms Park for Rodney Parade by joining the Dragons after a two-year spell with Cardiff.
The 29-year-old says that having recently become a father played a key part in the decision to stay in Welsh rugby.
