Chunya Munga had no hesitation in signing a new contract to remain at Northampton for another two seasons, even though he has had to be patient since his move from London Irish two years ago.

The 24-year-old second row, who was called up by England in 2021 having been capped at Under-20 level, has started only a couple of Premiership matches since the turn of the year, but he came off the bench for the Champions Cup semi-final against Leinster.
