JAMES O’Connor rolled back the years with a fine cameo, capped by backto-back penalties, which secured the Crusaders a statement victory over reigning champions the Blues.
In doing so, the 64-capped Wallaby also bolstered his chances of playing in a second Lions series. The 34-year-old last played for Australia in October 2021 against Japan but has been in fine form since his move to the Crusaders this season.
