Mo’unga likely to be back in black

New Zealand - Richie Mo'unga and Beauden Barrett

SO he hasn’t gone for good, after all. Not quite. If the All Blacks have their way, as they invariably do in these circumstances, Richie Mo’unga will be back on silver fern duty sooner rather than later and could put himself in pole position for a shot at a world title at the ripe young age of 33, just as Daniel Carter did in 2015.
Mo’unga is currently doing his thing in Japan with Toshiba Brave Lupus Tokyo, and doing it well enough to guide them to a semi-final with Tokyo Sungoliath next weekend. (The match will take place in Tokyo, just in case you were wondering).
