Time to replace red-carded players

AFTER another international game is potentially ruined at the weekend by non-deliberate head contact it is time for a law change.
In the case of a TMO review where the yellow card is confirmed, no change, the offender returns after 10 mins. However, in the event of a straight red or TMO upgraded yellow the offender’s team should be allowed a replacement player 20 minutes after the offender left the field.
In this scenario:
1) The red carded player still goes before a disciplinary panel and is sanctioned, as is the case now.
