PRESTON Grasshoppers’ woes at home continued with defeat against an efficient Wharfedale side.
Dale’s Sam Gaudie missed a penalty after six minutes and was punished by the hosts when Will Hunt’s crosskick found Jack Lightowler in space to score.
The visitors hit back, with star man Oliver Cicognini scoring a solo effort, bouncing off several tackles on his way to the whitewash.
