Lightning stars help to guide way for next gen

HAVING just graduated from the England U18s setup, contracted transitional Red Roses players Grace Clifford and Lilli Ives Campion were invited back into camp to give hands on training last weekend.
The Loughborough Lightning forwards are two of only six contracted transitional players.
In a first non-regionalised meeting of the 2023/24 campaign, the three-day camp in Warwick followed on from August’s Malvern Festival, as well as a series of training days involving 96 players.
