Billingham inch past Otley in rain

AS the rain became worse, Billingham played the poor conditions better than Otley, as Jobe Roxby’s 64th minute penalty proved final.
Otley started brightly and after an early penalty miss, their good interplay saw them work their way up the pitch, putting Rory Gaffney over under the posts.
Eddie Crossland converted before he knocked over a penalty after 24 minutes when Billingham were caught offside in front of their posts.
