THERE were only two games played over the weekend and, in both, the home teams emerged victorious.
The first match saw Sandal dominate Scunthorpe with an impressive 57-19 scoreline, allowing Sandal to pull ahead in fifth place.
The home team managed to score a total of nine tries, with two of them coming from Austin Thompson and one from Jack Handley, Alex Alder, Will Henshall, Jake Adams, Joe Allott, Callum Birden, and Danny Groves.
Additionally, six conversions were made by full-back Adams.
