AFTER the trouncing at Bury last week, Rochford needed a good result at home to Old Albanians, and that’s what they got.
A hard-fought draw against the Hertfordshire side were valuable points in the bag and both sides could have edged it in the final minutes of this extremely competitive game.
It looked like the same old story as Albanians went ahead early with tries by Jordan Evans and Toby Ponsford, both converted by Thomas Wilton.
