Leicester Lions cemented their position at the top of the league table with victory over closest rivals Clifton.
Clifton came into the fixture knowing that a win would cut the deficit and put some pressure on the runaway leaders, but instead Lions showed why they have lost only once all season as they extended their gap at the summit to 16 points.
