Sharks avoid a sting from the Wasps

DMP Sharks secured their second win of the season with a bonus-point victory away at Wasps.
The visitors opened the scoring when hooker Nic Haynes capitalised on a bouncing ball from a crossfield kick. DMP added a second not long after when USA international flanker Rachel Ehrecke crashed over.
Wasps answered back midway through the half with back-to-back tries of their own, first via a Stevie Farrow pick and go from close range, before the hosts’ flanker Emily Tuck beat two defenders to level the scores.
