Birmingham Moseley inflicted a third successive defeat on Cinderford with a formidable first hour at Billesley Common.
It was experienced campaigner Jacques Le Roux who drove over eight minutes before Michael Austin responded with a converted try to give Cinderford a slender lead after 15 minutes after good work from Will Hendy.
Moseley turned the screw for the remainder of the half as their forwards took control as two powerful mauls made inroads with Ollie Stedman and Sam McNulty applying the finishing touches.
