An entertaining try-fest at Stourton Park saw 12 tries, the majority scored by Hinckley.
Frankie Sleightholme opened the scoring for the visitors in the corner before Stour lost possession from their own lineout for Sam Everett to score on the right.
When Ben Pointon crossed for their third try in 20 minutes Stour were unlikely to recover.
However, they showed what they are capable of producing with an excellent run from Matt Moseley to set up Jasper Smith.
