Morley’s magic boot snatches the victory for gutsy Esher

Sam Morley’s penalty gave Esher the narrowest of home wins over Darlington Mowden Park in icy conditions at Molesey Road.
Morley’s successful kick with six minutes remaining delighted the home side, but left the visitors bitterly disappointed after they had edged into the lead with a little over ten minutes left on the clock.
Morley had earlier started the afternoon’s point-scoring by slotting a penalty for Esher after just four minutes.
