Fylde made it seven from seven at home this season with victory over Sheffield Tigers.
They got the scoreboard running when Tom Carleton picked up a loose pass and sliced through the Sheffield defence to score, and Greg Smith converted.
The Tigers responded with a Lewis Taylor penalty before David Fairbrother darted over from the back of the ruck to extend Fylde’s lead to 12-3.
