ENGLAND flanker Jack Willis looks set to head to France when he finishes his national service at the end of the month.
Willis, left, is currently unattached following Wasps going bust and is understood to have been given a special dispensation to play abroad under exceptional circumstances. Blindside understands that the salary demands of players are putting off Premiership clubs from making offers to Wasps players who are still looking for clubs.
