Blaydon picked up their first win of the season at the eighth attempt as they overcame visitors Sheffield.
The hosts started brightly and early pressure resulted in Darren Barry getting the over the line. Fly-half Zach Thompson added the conversion.
Blaydon kept up the pressure and were held up over the line. The goalline drop out was charged down by Will Varley before a clever grubber kick by centre Ewan Greenlaw was touched down by Alex Charlton.
