Happy Jake puts boot in to guide Tynedale to win

Tynedale were deserved winners of this competitive match between the two Dales in good playing conditions.
Playing down the slope, they scored after just five minutes through the impressive Chris Wearmouth, who scored a second five minutes later, both of which were converted by the boot of Jake Rodgers.
Not to be outdone, Wharfedale stand-off Tom Mann scored after 18 minutes and converted his own try.
A third Tynedale try to put them clear was scored by Ralph Johnston from a maul. This too was converted by Rodgers.
