Classy Treorchy take the derby honours

TREORCHY came out on top in their local derby with Mountain Ash at The Oval as they inflicted a first defeat of the season on their visitors in Admiral Division 1 East Central.
The Zebras came up with three tries in a game that had a bit of everything, including a late dust-up, and their 25-15 win moved them up into second place in the table behind St Peter’s.
Logan Hutchings, Jacob Lloyd and Cerith Lloyd ran in the home tries as Treorchy moved from 10-5 ahead at the break to a commanding 10 point victory in the end.
