Turnbull determined to bring change at Cardiff

Josh Turnbull is hoping to spearhead a revival at Cardiff while also laying the foundations for a career as a professional coach.
The Cardiff back-five forward’s main priority this season is helping Cardiff reach the URC play-offs, but he will also be coaching Carmarthen Quins in the Indigo Group Premiership.
