Women may turn pro with £220m investment

Women's rugby in England is set to transform over the next decade, thanks to a £220 million RFU investment programme to professionalise the top flight.
Clubs will be invited to meet with the union over the next two months and make their case for inclusion from the 2023-24 season onwards.
This is the latest step in the Premier 15s development having now entered the new stage in its tender process within the issue of the Request for Proposals.
