MANCHESTER businessman Seb Gerrard has outlined his plans for the AJ Bell Stadium and how it will affect Sale Sharks, who share the ground with Salford City Reds.
The boss of building firm Gerrard’s of Swinton wants to buy the ground and make it self-sustainable as a community stadium,
His plans include bringing in Swinton Lions and Salford City Football Club to ground share and other events.
