Sadly, I don’t think we have the talent

SORRY to say I disagree with Paul Rees that England have the talent needed to win the World Cup.
It’s time to stop blaming the England coach and start to look at the resources that are available and how we can improve them. Too many stand-out players in the Premiership are cast-offs from other tier one nations i.e. some of best players in the English leagues are players that aren’t good enough for their home nation, which indicates our actual skill level and why we come up short internationally.
