Three teams to be promoted from National Two

RFU COUNCIL voted through proposals for automatic one up, three down promotion and relegation from National League One next season at a meeting on Friday.
Meanwhile, the top clubs in each of the three National 2 divisions – North, East and West – will much joy be promoted to the third tier of English rugby.
