Pumas end wait for glory

ARGENTINA won their first Sevens World Series Cup in 14 years as they took the crown in Vancouver after beating Fiji in the last Sunday’s final 29-10.
The eventual champions beat England 40-17 in the quarterfinals as Simon Amor’s side finished seventh.
Wales finished joint 11th alongside Scotland after they were beaten 14-12 by Ireland in the ninth place semi-finals.
Australia finished third, South Africa were fifth, Ireland were ninth and rather surprisingly USA finished down in 13th after the two days of action.
