Penalise the pitch invading hookers

IT wasn’t long ago one of your regular columnists mentioned Adam Hastings nicking a few yards to make a kick easier. No quarrel there, they’re all at it. Marcus Smith, who should get enormous credit for taking so little time over his kicks, has also done it, both forwards and sideways. It’s not a tricky thing for referees to clamp down on, is it?
