England produced a ruthless attacking display in which they scored 12 tries against Italy in Parma.
The win was England's 20th successive victory as they stayed firmly on course for a fourth straight Women's Six Nations title.
The Red Roses, who thrashed Scotland 57-5 last weekend, crossed for the first of 12 tries when Sarah McKenna skipped over in the fourth minute.
