EXETER Chiefs are poised to make their second signing from South Africa in a matter of weeks, with powerful lock Ruben van Heerden set to join the club next season.
Rob Baxter has already landed back rower Aidon Davis from the Cheetahs, and Sharks second row Van Heerden, 24, will become their fourth arrival ahead of next season.
The former South African Schools and U20 international came through the ranks at the Blue Bulls, graduating into the Super Rugby side.
