Army earn bragging rights with treble win over RAF

THE Army secured an Inter-Services Championship treble over the RAF in sunny Gloucester.
The tone of the day was set with the Masters overcoming the Vultures at Old Richians RFC in the morning, with the Army coming back from a 13-0 deficit and seeing off a late comeback to win 26-20.
Attention then switched to Kingsholm, where the Senior Women and Senior Men went head-to-head.
The Army Women’s 24-10 win was well deserved, but the score told only half the story as the Army had to withstand a second-half comeback.
