LOUGHBOROUGH Students flourished in the sun.
Good early set play saw the home side get on the board early with Sam Blade running over in the corner.
Charlie Briers added another try after 11 minutes after a clean break from Tom Smith, who led from the front for the whole game.
Harrogate did have an opportunity after 22 minutes, as Loughborough received a yellow card, but a strong Loughborough defence held firm.
