HEAD coach Alan Dickens believes the future for English rugby is bright after exposing 47 players to U20s international rugby, and argues it was a successful tournament despite their third place finish.
Last year’s Grand Slam winners endured a difficult campaign, picking up just two wins and three defeats including a first ever loss to Italy.
But Dickens feels his team has matured and grown together throughout the tournament and is looking at the positives.
