WALES international Elinor Snowsill held her nerve to convert Kayleigh Powell’s 76th minute try to snatch a precious victory over Worcester.
Snowsill mastered the blustery conditions to kick the winning points, breaking Warriors hearts and keeping Bears in the play-off picture.
