WASPS rallied in the latter stages of each half but it was not enough to stop Loughborough surging to victory.
With both Meg Jones and Flo Williams among the half dozen Wasps missing due to international duty, Rosie Wright made her Premier 15s debut in the 10 shirt and it was a tough introduction to the league as Loughborough dominated the first 30 minutes of play.
The visitors opened the scoring through Bo Westcombe Evans. Helena Rowland added to the score and Georgie Lingham followed with a brace, all before the half hour mark.
