Afeaki: Tonga can shake world order

TONGA have been tipped to make a seri- ous impact at the 2023 World Cup by beating tier one nations.
Former Tonga captain Inoke Afeaki believes his old side will benefit the most from the recent changes to World Rugby’s eligibility laws.
The changes allow a player to change countries after three years of not winning any caps provid- ing, they were born in the country, or have a parent or grandparent born there.
This means Tonga could have the likes of former All Blacks Charles Piutau, Malakai Fekitoa and Ngani Laumape available in France, while controver- sial ...
