Isn’t it funny how we have only just recovered from the ‘Rassie Erasmus scandal’ where he hi-lighted a referee’s mistake for which he was punished with a short ban from the game, after a loud and vocal call by everyone that some action must be taken. Yet, we have a podcast by former Leicester and England fly-half Andy Goode paning referee Romain Poite for sending off Brad Shields for a high tackle in the Wasps-Munster game and then the disciplinary panel for upholding that decision with a fourweek ban.
