Cinderford boss calls for clarity on leagues

CINDERFORD director of rugby Paul Morris has called the current uncertainty around the Championship and its make-up next season “unfair on the supporters, the players and the clubs”.
The RFU are yet to confirm details on the number of teams the league will be made up of, promotion and relegation remits as well as funding for Tier Two.
Morris, whose side is battling for promotion in National One, is calling on the RFU to redress the balance and sees a “concerning disconnect between the Premiership and the rest of England’s 1900 clubs”.
