Mason snatches last-gasp glory

MASON Tonks raced in from 40 metres to give Birmingham Moseley a last-gasp win over Darlington Mowden Park. The winger beat the cover to Tom Benjamin’s kick ahead after the visitors lost an 85thminute lineout.
It left Ben Palmer with the simplest of match-clinching conversions and topped off a turnaround which saw the hosts recover a 13-point deficit in the fourth quarter.
Adam Balding’s much- -changed team trailed for over an hour as turnovers and handling errors thwarted their attacking ambition.
