Only snag is money

DEAN Richards is right to want a professional second tier in England, the snag is only a few of the teams want promotion – fewer still have the cash needed.
It will be a long time until that changes. In the meantime, expand the Premiership to encourage those teams that are ambitious.
Promote next season’s Championship winners with no relegtion, to make a 14-team Premiership, then continue with one up, one down.
