Regions should not suffer for their service to country | Shane Williams

WALES’ four regions were conspicuous by their absence in Europe this weekend. To not even have one of our professional sides in the quarter-finals of either the Heineken Champions Cup or Challenge Cup is hugely disappointing. It’s not good enough.
Cardiff Blues, Ospreys, Dragons and Scarlets all had disappointing losses in the last 16 and they were very, very poor results. It was terrible to see Welsh rugby struggle so badly.
