Phil’s quest for coaching summit starts at Sidmouth

FORMER Exeter star Phil Dollman has set his sights on a career in top coaching after accepting the role of player/head coach at South West One Sidmouth.
Full-back Dollman, who last month bowed out at Chiefs as a Premiership and European Cup winner after 11 years at Sandy Park, has been assisting Sidmouth for the last two years but will now step up his long-standing passion for coaching.
