Russian wannabe pledges big Euro future

KIRILL YASHENKOV, who is bidding to become the next president of Rugby Europe, has promised to improve facilities outside of Europe’s power house nations.
The Russian mover and shaker believes that poor facilities and infrastructure outside of the six big European nations isn’t helping to expand the fan base.
