Unlucky Otley, but glad it was not a void season

FOLLOWING the lament from the man from Otley rugby club about their relegation I suspect this has much to do with the fact that his club actually got relegated and not about the overall fairness of this.
We don’t hear any complaints from those who narrowly escaped relegation?
Should the 2019-2020 season have been counted “void”? If so, what about clubs like Caldy who had already won that same league Otley were in and gained promotion back to National 1? Should they have that taken from them?
