Premiership unlikely to follow Myners’ guidance

As the Premiership digests Lord Myners review I don’t doubt that there will be many people who will take a similar view to me which, if I am honest, is quite cynical. The Premiership have evolved their structure over what is now a 25- year period, changing rules to allow those that can afford it the chance to have their cake and eat it.
