What happens to those who play cricket?

GLOBAL season proposals seem only to deal with internationals, European competitions, the English Premiership and the PRO14. So, what will happen to the vast amount of rugby that is played below these levels, please?
Will they have to conform to the revised dates, or can they continue to play at the same times?
Frankly, I’m not really interested in the prospect of wall-to-wall internationals. However, I am concerned about the effect that these changes will have on the recreational game, from which I get great pleasure every week.
