Perhaps it’s time to boycott the top tier

COULD this season get any worse? The whole salary cap saga proved just how poor the administration of the professional game is, and while I do not condone what Saracens have done, does it not tell us that the salary cap is not high enough, as they have been the only English side to compete in Europe in the last five years?
