Genge joins the prop brig

ELLIS Genge did something last weekend that had not been done since long before he first saw the light in his native Bristol.
A prop responsible for scoring the only try of a Five or Six Nations match last came to pass when England lost to Wales at Cardiff Arms Park in March 1987.
Stuart Evans, one of a veritable squad of Neath players capped during the second half of the Eighties, scored it in a 19-12 home win. A broken ankle during the pool stage of the World Cup later that year left Wales to knock England out of the quarter-final without him.
