LOUGHBOROUGH Lightning received an early wake-up call before putting 12 tries past bottom club Firwood Waterloo in an emphatic victory.
Emily Scarratt, Bryony Field and Sarah Hunter all notched doubles with Morwenna Talling, Iona Antwis, Isla Alejandro, Katy Daley- McLean, Alex Baker and Ellen Ramsbottom also crossing.
But it was the home side who struck first as they won a lineout before Mhairi Grieve darted through to score.
